卵磷脂和高度不饱和脂肪酸对中华绒螯蟹卵巢发育及其脂质脂肪酸组成的影响

摘  要:
通过投喂添加卵磷脂和深海三文鱼油的饲料,研究了2种油脂对雌蟹卵巢发育及脂质脂肪酸组成的影响,结果表明:饲料中添加2种油脂均能够明显增加河蟹体重,显著提高河蟹的卵巢指数、卵母细胞直径、卵巢及肝胰腺总脂含量;添加卵磷脂后C16∶0和C16∶1脂肪酸含量明显下降,C18∶1脂肪酸含量明显上升,C18∶2脂肪酸含量极显著升高(P<0.01);添加鱼油后,显著升高C20∶5和C22∶6脂肪酸水平;卵磷脂和鱼油同时加入,C16∶0脂肪酸含量显著降低(P<0.05),C20∶5和C22∶6脂肪酸水平显著升高(P<0.05)。充分说明了这2种油脂均能明显促进河蟹的卵巢发育。

摘  要:
Effect of two greases on ovarian development and lipid fatty acid composition of female Chinese mitten-handed Eriocheir sinensis were studied by feeding with lecithin and deep sea salmon fish oil.The results showed:the weighth of crab,ovarian index,oocyte diameter,total lipid of ovary and hepatopancrea were increased obviously by feeding with two greases;the contents of C_(16∶0) and C_(16∶1) were decreased obviously,the contents of C_(18∶1) and C_(18∶2) were increased obviously,the contents of C_(18∶2) were very significantly increased(P<0.01)by addition of lecithin;the contents of C_(20∶5) and C_(22∶6) were significantly increased by addition of salmon fish oil(P<0.05);the content of C_(16∶0) was significantly decreased (P<0.05),the contents of C_(20∶5) and C_(22∶6) were significantly increased by addition of lecithin and salmon fish oil(P<0.05).It illustrated fully that two greases could facilitate obviously ovarian development of Eriocheir sinensis.
