高等教育信息化建设探讨

摘  要：
中国高等教育提出的一流本科建设新要求,对人才的培养模式、培养质量提出了新的标准。结合当前我国高等教育所处历史背景,从高等教育发展方向、教育技术、教与学关系等方面论述了高等教育进行信息化建设的必要性;在分析中国高等教育信息化现状的基础上,提出构建加强高等教育信息化的推进机制,以促进高等教育信息化与一流本科建设的融合,转变教育理念,依托相应的信息化教与学政策,培育新的高等教育模式,推动高等教育的高质量发展。

摘  要：
China's higher education is under the background of ′first-class undergraduate′ construction, and puts forward new requirements for talent training mode and quality of personnel training. On the basis of analyzing the historical background of higher education, it discusses the necessity of higher education informationization including education development direction, education technology, new relationship between teaching and learning, etc. It has mastered the status quo of China′s higher education informationization. On the basis of the above, we have strengthened the mechanism of informatization promotion of higher education to promote the integration of higher education informatization and ′first-class undergraduate′ construction, innovate the current educational concept, and introduce corresponding informationization. Policy support in teaching and learning, foster new higher education models, and then promote high quality education.
