双向潜水贯流泵装置水力模型研究

摘  要:
基于常规潜水轴流泵的结构组成双向贯流泵装置 ,双向抽水功能通过潜水泵整体掉头和采用双向叶轮这两种方式来实现。通过模型试验掌握导叶和流道结构尺寸对潜水贯流泵装置水动力性能的影响。研究表明 ,这两种双向贯流泵装置的性能均优于目前常用的井筒式装置 ,特别是双向叶轮潜水贯流泵装置具有结构简单、维护管理方便的优点 ,适合于低扬程双向泵站使用。

摘  要:
Two types of reversible tubular pump installation have been developed with a submersible axial flow pump. One pumps water in opposite direction by turning the submersible pump around, and the other does it by using a reversible axial flow impeller. Model performance can then be refined by adjusting the guiding vane and the geometry of conduit. The experiments showed that both the pump installations had better performance characteristics than that from a usual vertical submersible pump installation. The submersible pump installation with a reversible impeller especially suit for low head bidirectional pumping station on account of its simple structure and easy management.
