外源一氧化氮对干旱胁迫下刺槐幼苗水分生理特性的影响

摘  要:
采用盆栽试验,研究了外源一氧化氮处理对干旱条件下刺槐幼苗水分生理特性的影响.结果表明:干旱胁迫显著降低了刺槐幼苗叶片的水势、相对含水率、单株耗水量、耗水系数、蒸腾和光合速率,显著提高了饱和亏.与干旱胁迫处理相比,外源一氧化氮处理显著提高了干旱胁迫条件下刺槐幼苗叶片的水势、相对含水率、耗水系数、蒸腾和光合速率,显著降低了饱和亏,但其单株耗水量与单独干旱处理间没有显著差异.外源一氧化氮处理可以缓解干旱胁迫对刺槐幼苗所造成的水分亏缺.

摘  要:
This paper deals with effects of exogenous nitric oxide on water physiological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia L.leaves under drought stress.The results showed that drought stress significantly decreased leaf water potential,relative water content,water consumption per plant,water consumption coefficient,transpiration and photosynthetic rate.Meanwhile,drought stress significantly increased leaf water sufficiency and deficiency.Exogenous nitric oxide significantly increased leaf water potential,relative water content,water consumption coefficient,transpiration and photosynthetic rate,and significantly decreased leaf water sufficiency and deficiency.However,exogenous nitric oxide had no significant effect on water consumption per plant,compared with drought alone.In conclusion,exogenous nitric oxide could alleviate water deficit caused by drought stress.
