丘陵山区城镇扩展边界划定研究——以重庆市江津区为例

摘 要：
为了协调丘陵山区城镇发展与生态保护的关系,促进土地资源的节约集约利用,以典型丘陵山区重庆市江津区为例,运用建设用地适宜性评价和CA-Markov模型相结合的方法划定江津区2030年城镇用地扩展边界。结果显示,江津区2030年城镇用地扩展边界内面积为199.57 km2,占江津区土地总面积的6.2%;不同于平原地区的集聚组团扩展,江津区城镇扩展的形态主要为条带状;中心城区和东部中心镇、中部中心镇、西部中心镇是其城镇扩展的主要增长极;扩展的方向大致呈"十字"方向,具体主要是沿增长极四周扩展以及沿长江和各交通主干道扩展。

摘 要：
In order to coordinate the relationship between urban development and ecological protection in hilly and mountainous areas, and promote the intensive and economical use of land resources, taking Jiangjin district of Chongqing as an example, the boundary of urban land use expansion in Jiangjin district in 2030 was delineated using the method of combining the suitability evaluation of construction land and CA-Markov model. The results show that the area within the boundary of urban land expansion in Jiangjin region in 2030 is 199.57 km2, which accounts for 6.2% of the total land area of Jiangjin district.Different from the agglomeration and group expansion in plain area, the form of urban expansion in Jiangjin district is mainly zonal, the central city, the central town in the east, midland and the west are the main growth poles of the urban expansion. And the direction of the expansion is "cross", which mainly extends around the growth pole and along the Yangtze River and the main roads of traffic.
