养老模式及其不平等对农村老年人健康的影响分析

摘 要：
本文利用2013年CHARLS数据库,重点分析了家庭养老和社会养老及其不平等程度对于农村60岁及以上老年人健康的影响。实证结果发现,家庭养老和社会养老均对老年人健康有明显的正向促进作用,具体表现在,相比社会养老对健康的边际效应,家庭养老的边际效应更强。相比二者对躯体健康的影响,对精神健康的影响更为显著;无论是基于基尼系数还是泰尔指数测算的家庭养老和社会养老不平等指标均对老年人健康有明显地负向影响。随着新农保政策的推进,社会养老保护老年人健康的地位日益凸显,但其附加的老年人养老金收入不平等问题值得进一步关注。

摘 要：
Based on the 2013 CHARLS data,this paper focuses on the effect of family pension,social endowment and inequality on the health of elderly people over 60 years old in rural areas.The results show that family pension and social endowment have significant role in promoting the health of the elderly.Specifically,compared with social endowment,the marginal effect of family endowment is stronger for people's health,compared the two influence on physical health,there is a more significant influence on mental health.The inequality indexs,whether it is based on the Gini coefficient or Thayer index of family endowment and social endowment,have obviously negative influence for the elderly health.With the development of new agricultural insurance policy,the status of social endowment protection for the elderly is becoming increasingly prominent,but the additional problem that is the elderly pension income inequality is worthy of further attention.
