不同产地冬枣果实品质差异的研究

摘  要：
冬枣的果实品质受多种因素的影响,不同产地冬枣的品质差异很大,将选自5个不同产地的冬枣苗木栽种于同一地区的同一试验园内,采取同样的栽培管理措施,对成熟期冬枣的果实品质进行了连续2年的分析测定,旨在探讨不同来源冬枣果实品质差异的成因。结果表明:苗木产地因素对供试样品的品质性状和感官评分影响较小,而不同果园和不同年份间果实品质差异显著。因此,在冬枣生产中,要提高果实品质,一方面要注意良种选育,选优去劣;另一方面要划定冬枣的适生范围,实现科学的栽培管理。

摘  要：
Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.Dongzao is one of the cultivars of Chinese jujubes which was favored by many people.The quality of Dongzao jujube was affected by many factors,Dongzao from different sources has a distinct difference in fruit quality.Five groups of Dongzao jujube from different original places were planted in the same orchard,in order to analyse the main factor causing the quality difference.The result showed that original place was not a main factor affecting the quality traits and the sense evaluation to those Dongzao samples,while the fruit quality was distinct in different orchard and on different year.So in the future planting of Dongzao jujube,high quality trees must be selected,planting at its most habitat place and more suited and modem techniques are used.
