摘 要：
The rural reform and development in Shanghai since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party(1978)are related completelyand exactly in this paper with full and accurate data and clear-cut viewpoint. The 20 years rural reform in Shanghai is generally analyzed into three stages,ten important policy measuresand resulting immense changes in three aspect(economy,society,peasantry).There are alsopresented some tentative ideas and propositions on acting in the spirit of the Third PlenarySession of the Fifteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party and making efforts tobasically and leadingly accomplish the modernization of Shanghai agriculture as well as topromote the new development of rural economy and society.
