广藿香中挥发油的提取及β-环糊精的包合研究

摘  要:
应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广藿香中挥发油,然后采用正交试验法,以β-CD和广藿香挥发油投料比、包合时间、包合温度为影响因素,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分为指标,选择广藿香挥发油的最佳提取条件及其β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为挥发油与β-环糊精之比为1∶8,搅拌强度为600rpm,包含温度为50℃,包合时间为1h。

摘  要:
With the steam distillation method for the extraction of volatile oil from Pogostem cablin(Blanco)Benth and processing techniques of β-yclodextrin(β-CD)inclusion compound of it.The study was carried out with orthogonal design.The rate with the effects among the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil,the time and tempreaure in the inclusion compound were used as indexes.With the ratio of inclusion and the oiling-bearing from the inclusion as the target marker the conditions for including the oils with β-CD were optimized.The optimal process for oil extraction was that the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil being 8:1,the inclusion compound being inclused for 1 hours at 50℃,and the stirring speed was 600rpm.
