摘  要：
实现共同富裕不仅是经济问题,更是重要的社会问题.实现公平享益是村民和谐、村庄善治的重要基础.农村集体经济的产权性质决定了其可以诱导"效率导向下的公平实现",从而成为维护村庄经济社会交往秩序的基础性力量.本文构建"农村集体经济—共同富裕—农民社会交往"的分析框架,揭示发展农村集体经济以维护村社和谐、密切村民交往的实现逻辑,阐明农村集体经济发展的社会效应.利用中国农村家庭追踪调查数据的估计结果表明,村庄集体经济发展将激励村社农民开展密切的社交活动和人情往来,维护村民和谐,促进村庄善治.机理分析发现,集体经济发展有助于实现村社成员收入公平,实现农村共同富裕,从而构建起村社和谐稳定的经济享益基础与分配格局.进一步证据表明,集体经济发展不仅有助于实现村社成员增收和享益公平,实现农村共同富裕,构建起村社和谐稳定的经济享益基础与分配格局,而且能够繁荣村社志愿服务和组织参与,协调治理体系,保障村社和谐稳定.本文强调,农村集体经济发展具有重要的社会意义,不仅能够实现共同富裕,而且能够促进村庄善治.

摘  要：
To realize the common prosperity of farmers is not only an economic problem,but also an impor-tant social problem.The realization of equal rights and interests is an important foundation for villagers'har-mony and good governance.The property right nature of the rural collective economy determines that it can induce the"fair realization under the guidance of efficiency",thus becoming the basic force to maintain the or-der of village economic and social exchanges.This paper constructs an analytical framework of"rural collective economy-common prosperity-farmers'social interaction",reveals the realization logic of developing rural collective economy to maintain village harmony and close villagers'interaction,and clarifies the social effects of rural collective economic development.The estimation results of China Rural Household Panel Sur-vey(CRHPS)show that the development of village collective economy will encourage farmers to carry out close social activities and human relations,maintain the harmony of villagers and promote the good govern-ance of villages.The mechanism analysis shows that the development of collective economy is helpful to realize the income equity of village members and realize the common prosperity of rural areas,so as to build a harmonious and stable economic benefit basis and distribution pattern of village communities.Further evidence shows that the development of collective economy not only helps to realize the fair income of village members and realize the common prosperity of rural areas,so as to build a harmonious and stable economic benefit basis and distribution pattern of village communities,but also can prosper the voluntary service and organizational participation of village communities,coordinate the governance system and ensure the harmony and stability of village communities.The article emphasizes that the development of rural collective economy has important social significance,not only to achieve common prosperity,but also to promote good govern-ance in villages.
