番茄籽皮分离机分离滚筒的设计分析

摘  要：
为了提高番茄籽皮分离的效率,基于生产番茄酱后的副产物中各成分物料特性差异,研制出依靠分离滚筒和滚筒内部连续转动的刮板组件实现番茄籽皮分离的机器。介绍了番茄籽皮分离机的结构和工作过程,并简述了其分离原理。通过对分离原理的分析,并根据整个分离机的工作状况和分离质量的要求,提出了核心部件—分离滚筒各关键参数的确定方法。生产试验考核测定表明,番茄籽皮分离机能够满足实际生产要求。

摘  要：
In order to improve the efficiency of separating the seeds and husks of tomatoes, based on the difference of the material characters between the elements, a tomato seed-and-husk separator was manufactured, which used the separating roller and some rotational boards inside the roller to finish the separating. Firstly, this paper introduces the structure and the working process of the separator, and then describes its operating principle. Secondly, after analyzed the principle and based on the separator’s working instance and the demands of separating quality, it gave the determining methods on features of the hard core — separating roller. Last, the test results show that the tomato seed-and-husk separator may satisfy the demands of the producing reality.
