On the Cognition and Willingness of Rural Grass-roots Employment Among Agricultural College Graduates:Based on Analysis of 948 Samples in the Shenyang Municipality

Based on the survey data of 948 agricultural college students,we used the Chi-square test to analyze the factors that affect the employment awareness of agricultural college students and the willingness to work at rural grassroots level. The results show as follows: The higher the school level,the worse the home conditions,the more severe the employment situation is,and the female students tend to think the employment situation is more severe. The higher the English level,the more knowledge about the employment difficulties on the part of students. The better the hometown conditions,the more clear the students' employment target. The students with campus experience as students leaders tend to find the work within the system of public service and regular social institutions. When schools have higher prestige,students like to choose the employment near the capital of Province. Boys are more willing to engage in agriculture-related occupations and rural grassroots employment than girls. Finally,the paper put forward the following suggestions: First,improve rural employment protection and employment at the grassroots level; second,from the policy level to increase grassroots employment support efforts; third,adopt the targeted selection of rural grassroots employment personnel.
