易门县野生食用菌产业发展现状与对策

摘  要：
易门县野生食用菌资源丰富,生长分布广,已知种类已达100余种,有省级加工龙头企业5家,目前加工产品近5 000 t,产值近17 000万元,野生食用菌产业进入良好快速发展阶段,文中总结了易门县采用抓龙头,强产业,促发展,重管理,创品牌,保安全,搞试点,探经验,促开发,积极争取项目资金,推动野生食用菌加工产业发展等野生食用菌产业发展经验与措施。针对存在的认识不足,无序和过度开发野生食用菌资源,加工产品科技含量低,龙头企业带动不明显,政策扶持力度不够等问题,提出加强组织领导,优化产业发展环境,扶持龙头加工企业,多方筹资,发展家庭林场、专业合作社等野生食用菌产业发展建议。

摘  要：
The resources of wild edible fungi were abundant and wide distribution in Yimen County where5 provincial leading enterprises processed products nearly 5,000 t with the output value 170 million yuan. The industry of wild edible fungi developed favorably and rapidly. This paper summarized the development experiences of wild edible fungi industry,including concerning the leading enterprises,expanding the industry,stressing the management,creating the brand,ensuring the safety,making the pilot,exploring the experiences,facilitating the development and striving for project funding. For the existing problems of absent awareness,disorderly overexploitation of resources,low technology content of processing product,weak effect of leading enterprise and inadequate policy support,this paper suggested to strengthen organizational leadership,optimize the environment of industrial development,support the leading processing enterprises,raise funds by all possible means,and develop the family forest farm and the professional cooperatives
