摘 要:
水母黏蛋白Q-mucin(Qniumucin)是从多种水母中分离的一类新的黏蛋白的总称。与目前所发现的大多数黏蛋白相比,其具有结构更加简单且高度均质、糖链短、应用于人体不容易出现过敏反应等特点,未来在材料、医药等领域有着比较好的开发和应用前景。从Q-mucin的制备和结构特征等方面,总结了Q-mucin的研究进展,以期为水母黏蛋白的进一步研究及其他黏蛋白的研究提供参考。

摘 要:
Q-mucin is a new kind of mucin isolated from a variety of jellyfish.Compared with most of the mucins found at present,it has the characteristics of simple structure,high homogeneity,short sugar chain and less allergic reaction when applied to human body.In the future,it has good development and application prospects in materials,medicine and other fields.In terms of the preparation and structural characteristics of Q-mucin,some research progress of Q-mucin were summarized,in order to provide reference for further research of jellyfish mucin and other mucins.
