苦木生物碱体外抑制大肠杆菌效果的研究

摘  要:
[目的]测定苦木生物碱对大肠杆菌C249、WM和YL株的体外抑菌效果。[方法]采用平板培养法制备菌液,用微量稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度,用杯碟法进行体外抑菌试验。[结果]脂溶性苦木生物碱在体外对大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,对大肠杆菌C249、WM、YL株的抑菌圈直径分别为19.07±0.232、0.77±0.59、23.00±0.21 mm,属高度敏感,最小抑菌浓度分别为3.2、1.6和1.6 mg/ml。水溶性苦木生物碱对上述菌株几乎无抑菌作用,其抑菌圈直径均小于13 mm,属低度敏感。[结论]脂溶性苦木生物碱对大肠杆菌标准强毒株的体外抑菌效果优于硫酸黄连素,与痢菌净和氧氟沙星相当,比氟苯尼考略差,但对在广西分离到的强毒株WM和YL株的体外抑菌效果也明显优于硫酸黄连素、痢菌净和氧氟沙星,与氟苯尼考相当。

摘  要:
[Objective]The aim of the study was to determine the in vitro bacteriostatic effects of quassiawood alkaloid on Escherichia coli strains C249,WM and YL.[Method]The plate culture method was used to prepared the bacterium solution,the micro-dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concn.(MIC) and the cylinder plate method was used to conduct in vitro bateriostasis experiment.[Result]The fat-soluble quassiawood alkaloids had stronger inhibitory effect on E.coli in vitro,its bacteriostatic circle diameters on E.coli strains C249,WM and YL were 19.07±0.23,20.77±0.59 and 23.00±0.21 mm resp.,belonging to high sensitivity and its MICs were 3.2,1.6 and 1.6 mg/ml resp.The water-soluble quassiawood alkaloids hardly had bacteriostasis on the above strains and its bacteriostatic circle diameters were smaller than 13 mm,belonging to low sensitivity.[Conclusion]The in vitro bacteriostatic effect of fat-soluble quassiawood alkaloids on the standard highly virulent strain of E.coli was superior to berberine sulphate,equal to miquindox and ofloxacin,a little worse than florfenicol,but that on the highly virulent strains WM and YL isolated in Guangxi was obviously superior to berberine sulphate,miquindox and ofloxacin,and equal to florfenicol.
