温度和湿度对四角蛤蜊保活的影响

摘  要:
对四角蛤蜊在不同温度、不同湿度下进行保活试验。结果表明:冰温保藏最好,保活10d后存活率在95%以上;0~4℃效果较好,保活8d后存活率在90%以上;低温保活受湿度的影响很大,在100%相对湿度条件下保活效果最好。

摘  要:
The technique of keeping Mactra veneriformis alive was studied at different temperature and humidity.The results showed that temperature of ice point was the best temperature for preservation of Mactra veneriforms,the survival rate was 95% after 10 days.Preservation at 0-4 ℃ was also very good,the survival rate was 90% after 8 days.Preservation at low temperature was effected senousdy by humidity.Mactra veneriformis under 100% relative humidity had high livability.
