水稻品种成株期对白叶枯病的抗性

摘  要:
用水稻白叶枯病菌的强毒力菌株,在不同籼、粳稻品种的不同生育期进行剪叶接菌,观察比较不同生育期与抗性变化的关系。结果表明,在测试的36个籼粳稻品种中,全生育期都表现感病的籼稻和粳稻各有5个品种;6个籼稻品种包括IR26,IR29,不同生育期都表现抗病,4个籼稻品种和16个粳稻品种表现成株期抗性,但抗性表达的方式因品种而异。

摘  要:
A virulent strain Ks-6-6 of Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae was inoculated on rice varieties, indica and japonica, at different growth stages by the clipping method. The expressions of resistance at different growth stages were observed. The results showed that among the thirty-six tested varieties, six indica including IR26 and IR29 expres.ed their over-all resistance; five indica and five japonica appeared to be susceptible throughout the whole growing period; while four indica and sixteen japonica showed adult resistance with different expression modes. The varieties Yangeng 2 and Dazhi 1 were highly susceptible before the 6-leaf stage, but they turned to be resistant sharply upon the 7 to 8-leaf stage; Nangeng 11 was susceptible at the 7 to 8-leaf stage,median resistant at the 9 to 10-leaf stage, and resi tant after the 11 to 12-leaf stage. This indicateds that the mechanisms of resistance of mce varieties to Xanthomonas campestris pv. were complicated.
