水稻耐低磷机理的初步研究

摘  要:
以耐低磷品种大粒稻和汕优 6 3、低磷敏感品种新三百粒和沪占七为材料。测定 0 .5 mg/L (P)和 10 mg/L (P)两种磷水平下水稻根系形态、氧化力、呼吸速率、动力学参数、丙二醛含量、酸性磷酸酶活性 (APA)的品种间差异。实验表明 ,0 .5 mg/L (P)时 ,大粒稻和汕优 6 3根长分别比 CK (10 mg/L )下降了 15 .2 %和 2 2 .0 % ,根体积分别下降了 2 5 .2 %和 2 2 .2 % ,而沪占七和新三百粒根长分别下降了 73.9%和 4 0 .1% ,根体积下降 77.8%和 4 9.5 % ;大粒稻和汕优 6 3呼吸速率和氧化力都维持在对照的 80 %以上 ,丙二醛含量仅上升了 10 %左右 ,而新三百粒和沪占七呼吸速率和氧化力不及对照的 6 5 % ,丙二醛含量上升了 30 %以上 ;缺磷还诱导根系酸性磷酸酶活性显著增强 ,大粒稻的增幅明显高于新三百粒和沪占七 ;缺磷时大粒稻和汕优 6 3的磷素最低吸收浓度 (Cmin)也较新三百粒和沪占七小

摘  要:
The differences of the root morphology and physiology were investigated among the tolerant rice cultivars (Dalidao and Shanyou 63) and the sensitive cultivars (Xinsanbaili and Huzhanqi) at 10 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L phosphorus (P) level. The results were as follows: Under low P (0.5 mg/L) condition, (i). the root length decreased by 15.2% and 22.0% and the root volumes decreased by 25.2% and 22.2% respectively, as compared with the control 10 mg/L P treatment in tolerant varieties; but decreased by 73.9% and 40.1% in root length , 77.8% and 49.5% in root volumes, respectively in sensitive varieties; (ii).the rate of respiration and oxidation activity reached at above 80% of control plants in Dalidao and Shanyou 63, while less than 65% in Xinsanbaili and Huzhanqi; (iii). the relative content of methylene deioxamphetamine increased about 10% in Dalidao and Shanyou 63, while increased above 30% in Xinsanbaili and Huzhanqi; (iv). low P to Dalidao induced higher acid phosphatase activity and higher excreted phosphatase activity than Xinsanbaili and Huzhanqi, and Dalidao and Shanyou 63 had lower minimum concentration of P uptake (C min ) than Xinsanbaili and Huzhanqi.
