生长调节剂浸种对沙冬青种子萌发的影响

摘  要：
[目的]用不同生长调节剂浸种,对沙冬青种子进行了催芽研究。[方法]测定不同种类、不同浓度生长调节剂浸种后沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数。[结果]在200~300 mg/L浓度范围内,不同浓度的生长调节剂(GA、NAA、IAA、IBA)对沙冬青种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数均表现出促进作用。其中,200 mg/L GA能显著提高2种种源沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数,宁夏银川种源分别较对照提高了28.0、46.7、10.1个百分点,内蒙呼和浩特种源分别较对照提高了26.0、48.0、11.4个百分点。[结论]内蒙古呼和浩特种源活力指数高于宁夏银川种源,生产上应首选。

摘  要：
[Objective]We studied the influence of four growth regulator seed presoaking on seed accelerating germination of Ammopiptanthus mongalicus. [Method] The germination rate,germination vigor and vigor index of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus seeds were determined under different types and different concentrations of growth regulators. [Result]The result showed that the germination rate,germination vigor and vigor index of Ammopiptanthus mongalicus seed came from different seed source increased with the increase of growth regulator concentration in200- 300 mg /L. Among them,GA 200 mg /L liquid was best. The Yinchuan Ningxia seedling source distinction comparatively compared enhances 28. 0,46. 7,10. 1 percentage points,the Huhhot Inner Mongolia seedling source distinction has comparatively compared enhanced26. 0,48. 0,11. 4 percentage points. [Conclusion]The vigor index of Huhhot seedling source was higher than Yinchuan seedling source,which should be preferred as the production.
