瓜类作物诱导抗病机制的研究

摘  要:
研究了西瓜、黄瓜对枯萎病和炭疽病的诱导抗病机制。结果发现 :西瓜、黄瓜经诱导后与抗病性有关的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性明显增强 ;酚类物质和木质素含量增多。西瓜、黄瓜对枯萎病的诱导抗病机制和黄瓜对炭疽病的诱导抗病机制基本一致

摘  要:
The results showed:that the activity of peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase,phenylalanine lyase(PAL) in connection with the resistance was markedly reinforced and the content of phenol and lignin was also markedly increased after inoculation with the induced microorganism.The mechanism of induced resistance of cucumber and watermelon to wilt and the mechanism of induced resistance of cucumber to anthracnose was basic unanimuos.
