用侧柏籽油合成咪唑啉类缓蚀剂及其性能研究

摘  要:
以侧柏籽油、二乙烯三胺和氯化苄为原料,经酰胺化、环化和季铵化反应合成咪唑啉类缓蚀剂C,其咪唑啉中间体的结构用IR表征,并用失重法和动电位扫描极化曲线法评价C的缓蚀性能。结果表明:正交试验确定的最优水平组合为:环化反应时间3.5h,侧柏籽油和二乙烯三胺的摩尔比为1∶3,二甲苯在反应物中的质量分数为25%;合成的缓蚀剂C在5%盐酸介质中对A20钢有很好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀剂C是一种阳极型缓蚀剂。

摘  要:
By using Platycladus orientalis seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride as raw materials,imidazoline corrosion inhibitor C(ICI) was synthesized through the reactions of amidation,cyclization and quartemarization.The structures of intermediates were elucidated by IR.Anti-corrision rate was determined by weight-loss method and the potentiodynamic polarization curve method.The resultant ICI exhibited good corrosion inhibition property for steel A20 in the medium of 5% hydrochloric acid.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained from orthogonal experiment:the cyclization reaction time:3.5 h,the molar ratio of P.orientalis seed oil to diethylene triamine:1∶3,and the mass fraction of xylene:25% of total raw material.ICI was found to be an anodic type inhibitor.
