摘要：

This paper is on the basis of experiment investigation and study by the means of statistical analysis to explain and demonstrate the system's function and feasibility in order to make the professional teachers eduction reform forward and train more qualified teachers for the country's professional middle school and accelerate the economic developing in the country.
