摘  要:
为了确定胡萝卜微管蚜在灰毡毛忍冬上的空间分布格局及理论抽样数,为预测预报和综合防治提供理论依据,采用聚集指标法、Taylor幂法则和Iwao的m*-m回归方程分析了空间分布型。结果表明:胡萝卜微管蚜种群在一切密度下均是聚集分布的,聚集度具密度依赖性,分布基本成分为个体群,聚集原因由昆虫本身的聚集习性和环境作用共同影响;胡萝卜微管蚜在植株垂直层次和水平方位的分布无显著差异,在枝条不同部位分布存在极显著差异,种群密度依次为外部>中部>内部;胡萝卜微管蚜虫口密度调查的最适理论抽样数公式为n=t2/D2(6.182/m+26.755)。胡萝卜微管蚜在灰毡毛忍冬上呈聚集分布。

摘  要:
To determine the space distribution pattern and the theory of sampling number of Semiaphis heraclei in Lonicera macranthoides fields,the spatial distribution of S.heraclei was examined by using aggregation indexes and Taylor's power model and Iwao's m *-m model.S.heraclei individuals were attracted by each other and its basic component of distribution was colony,which was in aggregation distribution even at low population density and became more aggregated with increasing population density.The aggregation distribution of S.heraclei was due to their life habit and environmental factors.There were no significant differences in S.heraclei distribution in horizontal and vertical plane form one tree crown,but significant difference existed in population density in different sites of the branches.In addition,the optimum theoretical sampling number of S.heraclei could be obtained from the formula n=t2/D2(6.182/m+26.755).S.heraclei had an aggregated distribution pattern in Lonicera macranthoides fields.
