昆明市职业农民示范村建设成效分析

摘  要：
新型职业农民示范村建设能有效发挥新型职业农民的示范、带动、引领作用,符合新型职业农民培育以点带面、以少带多的整体思路。通过对昆明市2016—2018年期间建设的18个职业农民示范村进行了实地调研,对其经济效益、社会效益、生态效益及建设方法的可持续性、建设模式的可复制性进行了深入探讨,发现示范村建设对提高示范区农民人均可支配收入有明显贡献,同比增长率达15%以上,兼具良好的社会效益和生态效益,整体投入成本低,建设模式易行,可在其他类似地区推广建设。职业农民示范村建设对提高职业农民素质,推动示范村产业发展有积极意义,可实现培育成果的有效转化,具有明显的示范带动引领作用,能产生良好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。

摘  要：
The construction of new vocational farmers′ demonstration village can effectively play the role of demonstration, driving and leading of new vocational farmers, which is in line with the overall idea of cultivating new vocational farmers to bring more with less. Based on the field survey of 18 vocational farmers′ demonstration villages built in Kunming from 2016 to 2018, the paper discusses the sustainability of their economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits and construction methods, and the replicability of the construction mode. It is found that the construction of demonstration villages has made significant contribution to improving the per capita disposable income of farmers in the demonstration area, with a year-on-year growth rate of more than 15%, both of which have the same effect of good social and ecological benefits. The low overall investment cost and easy construction mode can be promoted in other similar areas. The construction of demonstration villages for vocational farmers is of positive significance to improve the quality of vocational farmers and promote the industrial development of demonstration villages. It can realize the effective transformation of cultivation results, play a leading role in demonstration, and produce good economic, social and ecological benefits.
