土霉素药渣作家禽蛋白质饲料的营养价值评价

摘要：

用 Beckman 1 2 1 MB型氨基酸分析仪测定土霉素药渣的粗蛋白质和氨基酸含量 ,其粗蛋白质(4 4 .43 % )是大豆饼的 1 .0 2倍。 1 0种必须氨基酸 (1 5 .5 0 4% )是大豆饼 (1 8.95 % )的 81 .82 % ,其赖氨酸1 .83 1 % ,蛋 +胱氨酸 1 .1 71 % ,色氨酸 0 .0 90 % ,苏氨酸 1 .3 5 9% ,亮氨酸 2 .487% ,缬氨酸 2 .0 48% ,异亮氨酸1 .2 0 3 % ,苯丙 +酪氨酸 2 .1 62 % ,组氨酸 0 .75 0 % ,精氨酸 2 .40 3 %。真可利用蛋氨酸 (0 .97% )和真可利用缬氨酸 (1 .67% )是大豆饼的 1 .98倍和 1 .1 1倍。以家禽理想蛋白质为模型计算氨基酸平衡性指数 (EAAI)是0 .881～ 0 .892 ,结合失衡度等指数的计算结果 ,证实土霉素药渣为家禽饲料的良好蛋白源

摘要：

The crude protein (CP) and amino acid(AA) of terramycin waste residue were determined with Beckman 121 MB AA analyzer. CP content (44.43%) of terramycin waste residue is 1.02 times as much as the same in soybean cake. Ten EAA content (15.504%) in terramycin waste residue auount is 81.82% percent of the same (18.95%) in soybean cake, and Lys. 1.83%, Met+Cys. 1.171% , Trp. 0.090%, Thr. 1.135%, Leu. 2.487%, Val. 2.048%, Phe+Tyr. 2.162 %, His 0.750 %, Arg. 2.403% respectively. True available Met and available Val is 1.98 and 1.11 times as much as the same in soybean cake respectively. The index of essential amino acid balance (EAAI) were evaluated according to idea protein of layers and broilers. The results 0.881～0.892, with other index of IBD et al showed: The terramyin waste residue is well protein source of poultry feed.
