慢性炎症与癌症关系研究进展

摘  要：
癌是指起源于突变细胞的恶性肿瘤,其发生发展过程一般都伴有炎症,有研究表明慢性炎症与癌症的发生存在必然联系,炎症应答过程产生的各种细胞因子对癌细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移有重要的促进作用,甚至会降低疗效。针对这些环节,可发展癌症标志物早期诊断试剂,通过药物治疗或控制炎症,阻断炎症因子的产生和作用,抑制癌症的发生及转移。基于此,论文着重阐述炎症相关癌症的流行病学、几种炎性细胞、炎性细胞因子、NF-κB、microRNAs在炎症与癌症中的"桥梁"作用,以及抗炎药物在治疗癌症中的应用。

摘  要：
Cancer is a malignant tumor that originates from a mutant cell.The occurrence and development of the cancer are usually accompanied by inflammation.Studies have shown that chronic inflammation and cancer were inexorably linked,and various cytokines were produced during the course of inflammation respond to the proliferation of cancer cells.Invasion and metastasis have important promotion effects and even reduce the efficacy.In response to these links,early diagnostic reagents for cancer markers can be developed to prevent or suppress the occurrence and metastasis of cancer through drug treatment or control of inflammation,blocking the production and action of inflammatory factors.Accordingly,it is necessary to highlight the epidemiology of inflammation-related cancers,several inflammatory cells,inflammatory cytokines,NF-κB,microRNAs as a"bridge"in inflammation and cancer,and the use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the treatment of cancer.
