泰和鸡生长发育中的甲状腺活动

摘 要：
用放射免疫方法测定泰和鸡３０，６０，９０和１２０日龄时血浆中Ｔ＿４，Ｔ＿３和ＴＳＨ的含量变化，并结合从出壳至１２０龄的体重变化，研究泰和鸡生长发育中的甲状腺活动规律。虽然甲状腺激素和体重之间没有统计学的相关，却出现了激素（尤以Ｔ＿３）含量最高时生长最慢，而含量最低时生长最快的现象。另外，血浆中的Ｔ＿４与Ｔ＿３比值较低，而且生长过程中波动幅度较小，既有符合其它鸡甲状腺活动的一面，又有其独特的规律。

摘 要：
The levels of T_4,T_3 and FSH in plasma of Taihe hens at 30,60,90 and 120 days of age were determineded by Radioimmunoassy(RIA),the activity of thyroid gland of Taihe hens dur-ing their growth and development stage was studied with the observation on the hormone levelsand the body weights frorn hatch to 120 days of age.Although there was no statistical relationship between hormone and body weight,we found that when chick hormone(esp.T_3)levelreached the hightest,they grew most slowly.while chichens grew fastest when the hormonelevel was the lowest.In addition,the ratio of T_4 to T_3 in plasma was lower,and the value al-most did not fluctuate,this accords with the situations of other kinds of chickens,but it also hasits unique law.
