芍药小孢子发生与雄配子体发育的光镜研究

摘  要:
芍药花药一般由 4个花粉囊组成 ,偶尔可见 5个或 6个花粉囊。花药壁发育属基本型。花药壁由 6~ 8层细胞组成 ,外中层宿存。绒毡层为腺质型。胞质分裂为同时型 ,小孢子四分体多为四面体型 ,少数为左右对称型。生殖细胞刚形成时有呈PAS正反应的拱形壁 ,游离在营养细胞质中后 ,壁消失 ,且被脂体冠包围。花粉成熟时 ,包围生殖细胞的脂体消失 ,生殖细胞与营养核贴近 ,构成雄性生殖单位 (MGU)。成熟花粉为二胞型。

摘  要:
The microsporogenesis and the development of male gametophyte in Paeonia lactiflora Pall. were investigated by light-microscopy. The main results are as follows:the anther is generally composed of four,occasionally five or six pollen sacs.The development of anther wall follows the basic type. The anther wall comprises 6~8 layer cells and the outer middle layer is persistent.The tapetum is glandular. The cytokinesis in the microspore mother cell belongs to simultaneous type and gives rise to tetrahedral tetrads,a few being isolateral type.The newly formed generative cell shows a PAS positive arched wall. When the generative cell is detached from the intine of pollen ,its wall disappears and it is surrounded by the lipid bodies which is called the lipid corone. The lipids around the generative cell disappear and the naked generative cell connects closely with the vegetative nucleus in mature pollen grains, thus forming a male germ unit. The mature pollen is bicellular.
