小蓬草浸提液对3种植物病原菌的抑制作用

摘  要：
采用生长速率法和载玻片上萌发法测定了小蓬草丙酮浸提液对3种病原菌的生物活性。结果表明:小蓬草丙酮浸提液对棉花黑斑病菌(Alternaria tenuis)、棉花红腐病菌(Fusarjum moniliforme)、葱黑斑病菌(Stemphylium bortyosum)菌丝生长及孢子萌发具有明显抑制作用,其中浸提液对葱黑斑病菌菌丝生长影响最大,用添加0.1 g/mL、0.2 g/mL0、.3 g/mL小蓬草浸提液的PDA培养基培养2 d,对菌丝生长的抑制率分别为60.30%、94.97%、96.95%;丙酮对菌丝生长总体表现为抑制作用,但对棉花黑斑病菌菌丝生长具有一定促进作用;小蓬草浸提液对3种病原菌孢子萌发有极明显的抑制作用,抑制率均达98%以上。

摘  要：
Using methods of growth rate and sprouting on slides,biological activity of acetone extrats from Conyza canadensis were assayed.Results showed that growth of plant pathogen and spore germination of Alternaria tenuis,Fusarjum moniliforme,Stemphylium bortyosum were significantly inhibited by acetone extracts from Conyza canadensis.After 2d,the inhibition rates of growth to Stemphylium bortyosum were 60.30%,94.97% and 96.95% respectively,when the concentration of acetone extrats were 0.1g/mL,0.2g/mL,0.3g/mL.Acetone could inhibite the hypha growth of Fusarjum moniliforme,Stemphylium bortyosum,but Alternaria tenuis could be accelerate by acetone after 1d～2d.All the extracts had more than 98% inhibiting rates to the spore sprouting of 3 plant pathogens.
