犊牛智能化饲喂装置的设计

摘  要:
犊牛是牛场的后备力量,是牛群的基础。犊牛饲养技术水平不仅影响犊牛存活率,还直接关系到犊牛成年投产后的生产性能是否能够得到正常发挥。为此,设计了一种犊牛智能化饲喂装置,该装置主要由料仓、螺旋给料装置、搅拌装置、常乳精确供给系统及自动控制系统等组成,解决了人工饲喂劳动强度大、饲喂效率低等问题,实现了犊牛饲喂的科学化、自动化、精确化,为犊牛的健康成长提供了保障。

摘  要:
Calves are the reserve forces and foundation of the cattle. Not only can breeding technology affect the survival rate,but also directly affect the calves adult production performance after the production. Therefore,an intelligent feeding device is designed,which is mainly composed of bunker,spiral feeding devices,stirring device,ordinary milk supplied system and automatic control system,and so on,and solves the problem of artificial feeding labor intensity and low feeding efficiency,realizing the scientific,automatic and accurate,providing guarantee for the healthy growth of the calves.
