红青菜新品种“紫衣”的选育

摘 要：
通过有性杂交技术将青菜抗病基因重组到地方种质资源红青菜,经连续7代回交,结合抗病性鉴定和加代技术,选育出优良的红青菜新品系16-1,进一步培育获得红青菜新品种"紫衣"。该品种叶紫红色,椭圆形,叶面平滑有光泽,叶柄浅绿色,播种后35 d平均单株重291 g左右,耐寒、抗病,品质优良。

摘 要：
The gene resistant to disease from pak-choi was introduced to the local red pak-choi through sexual hybridization.Based on the test for disease resistance and a technique of adding generation,a new superior red pak-choi line"16-1"was bred through backcrossing for seven generations,and by further breeding a new red pak-choi variety"Ziyi"was obtained.The new variety's leaves were purplish red and ellipse in shape,the leaf surface was smooth and glossy,and the petiole was light green.The variety had a good tolerance to cold and disease and was excellent in quality,and could averagely reach 291 g a plant at 35 days after seeding.
