摘 要:
本试验旨在研究不同钙水平饲粮添加低聚木糖对蛋鸡生产性能、血液生化指标、钙磷表观利用率及骨骼质量的影响。采用2×2因子设计,即2个钙水平(3.5%∶正常组和2.5%∶低钙组)和2个低聚木糖添加量(0和300 mg/kg)。选取41周龄罗曼粉壳蛋鸡360只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期8周。结果表明:(1)降低饲粮钙水平和添加低聚木糖对蛋鸡生产性能均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(2)降低饲粮钙水平和添加低聚木糖对蛋壳厚度与强度、蛋白高度、哈夫单位、蛋壳与蛋黄重均没有显著影响;添加低聚木糖,蛋黄比色显著增加(P<0.05)。(3)添加低聚木糖显著降低低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05);降低饲粮钙水平和添加低聚木糖对总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白、血磷含量均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(4)与正常钙水平相比,降低钙水平,钙磷的表观利用率有升高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);添加低聚木糖,钙的表观利用率显著升高(P<0.05),磷的表观利用率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。(5)饲粮钙水平降低,蛋鸡胫骨强度及胫骨中钙含量均显著降低(P<0.05),但对股骨强度及股骨中钙含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);添加低聚木糖,股骨中钙含量显著增加(P<0.05),对胫骨强度、股骨强度和胫骨钙含量有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,蛋鸡饲粮钙水平降低1%饲喂8周后,蛋鸡胫骨强度显著降低,但对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、血脂和钙利用率均没有影响;正常钙饲粮水平添加低聚木糖可显著降低血清中的低密度脂蛋白含量,提高钙的表观利用率,增加股骨强度和钙浓度,对生产性能没有显著影响;低钙饲粮添加低聚木糖对蛋鸡没有显著影响。

摘 要:
To study the effects of different calcium levels diet supplemented with Xylo-oligosaccharide on performance,biochemical parameters,apparent availability of Ca and P and bone quality of laying hens,a 2×2 factorial design was adopted in this experiment to design 2 calcium levels(Normal calcium:3.5% and Low calcium:2.5%)and2 Xylo-oligosaccharide levels(0 and 300 mg/kg). Three hundred and sixty 41-week-old healthy Lohmann laying hens were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows:(1) Different calcium levels diets supplemented with Xylo-oligosaccharide had no significant effects on feed intake,egg weight,ratio of feed to egg and laying rate of laying hens(P>0.05).(2) Low calcium levels diet supplemented with Xylo-oligosaccharide had no significant effects on eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,eggshell weight,albumen height,Hugh unit and yolk weight. Xylo-oligosaccharide supplementation significantly increased the yolk color(P>0.05).(3) Xylo-oligosaccharide supplementation significantly decreased the low-density lipoproteins(P<0.05). Different calcium levels diets supplemented with Xylo-oligosaccharide had no significant effects on total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoproteins,serum Phosphorusandvery low-density lipoproteins(P>0.05).(4) Compared with normal calcium group,2.5% calcium group had a increase tendency on apparent availability of Ca and P. Supplemented with Xylo-oligosaccharide significantly increased apparent availability of Ca(P<0.05).(5)Compared with normal group,2.5% calcium group significantly decreased tibia breaking strength and calcium content in tibia of laying hens(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on femur breaking strength and calcium content in femur(P>0.05). Xylo-oligosaccharide supplementation significantly increased calcium content in femur(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on tibia breaking strength,femur breaking strength and calcium content in tibia. These results indicate that when dietary calcium level was reduced 1% had significantly reduced the tibia strength of laying hens,but had no significant effects on performance,egg quality,apparent availability of Ca and cholesterol levels in the serum of laying hens. Add Xylo-oligosaccharide in normal calcium diet level had significantly increased apparent availability of Ca,calcium content in femur and femur breaking strength,decreased low-density lipoproteins,but no significant effects on performance;Add Xylo-oligosaccharide in low calcium diet level had no significantlyfor laying hens.
