摘 要:
The reproductive experiment of two golden camellias species Camellia impressinervis and C.tunghinensis was carried with four different test methods:direct seed sowing,cutting,grafting and air layering.The results showed that the seed germinating rates of the two golden camellias reached more than 85%.The rooting rate of cutting in the June was 20%~30% higher than those in the February,in which and the treatment dipped in 100 mg·L-1 NAA had better effect on promoting rooting rate.The best month of engraftment was in October,and the survival rate of graft of C.impressinervis reached more than 70%.Air layering could easily produce rooting system,and the reproduced individuals had a relative rapid crown growth.
