兰州市城市垃圾能源化及资源化处理方案的设计

摘  要:
在调查兰州市城市垃圾处理的现状,实地抽样分析市区不同区域垃圾的成分分布情况的基础上,将城市垃圾处理与可再生能源、资源利用相结合,认为解决兰州市城市垃圾处理问题的最佳方法是实现垃圾处理的能源化、资源化.分析了目前国内外垃圾能源化处理利用的4种方法在兰州市应用的适用性,按照科学、合理、优化、可行的设计原则,对兰州市已封场垃圾填埋场的垃圾和正在处理的城市垃圾的能源化、资源化处理利用方案进行了设计,提出了新的垃圾管理、处理模式,从技术可行性和经济可行性两个方面论证了方案的可行性,认为方案是可行的.该方案的实施可解决兰州乃至国内大中城市垃圾处理及有效利用的问题,并能取得较佳的环保效益、能源效益、循环经济效益和生态效益.

摘  要:
The present situation of municipal solid waste treatment in Lanzhou city,especially the waste component distribution in the different district of the city,was introduced and analyzed on the basis of investigation and sample analysis.And applicability of four waste treatment methods for energy regeneration at home and abroad to the city were discussed.According to the principle of waste disposal combined with energy regeneration and resource recovery,the author considered that the best way for dealing with municipal solid waste in Lanzhou should be to realize energy regeneration and resource recovery in the waste treatment projects.Aiming at the scientific,reasonable,optimized and feasible principles,a primary scheme of municipal solid waste treatment of Lanzhou city was designed,including some new modes of waste management and treatment.The feasibility of the scheme in two aspects of technology and economy had been demonstrated.The results suggest that the scheme would resolve waste disposal and recycle in Lanzhou or other big or middle cities,and reflect the best-integrated benefits in aspects of environment protection,energy,recycle economy and ecology.
