本文从金融排斥的视角进行分析,发现缓解农村金融排斥、促进农村金融融合有助于改善农村金融服务水平。破解农村金融排斥,需要建立普惠性的金融体系,加强政府规制,发展融合性的金融机构并践行社会责任,创新农村金融产品,加强农民金融教育。

From the perspectives of the financial exclusion,this paper discovers that relieving rural financial exclusion,boosting financial inclusion,is conducive to improving financial services in rural areas and pushing forward New Countryside Building.Cracking rural financial exclusion,should set up financial system of benefit everyone widely,reinforce the government regulation,develop financial institution of the character of inclusion and perform social responsibility together,innovative rural financial product,strengthen financial education of peasant.
