准噶尔荒漠5种十字花科植物种子的秋萌潜力研究

以准噶尔荒漠3种十字花科秋萌植物(卷果涩芥Malcolmia scorpioides、条叶庭荠Alyssum linifolium、弯角四齿芥Tetracme recurvata)和2种春萌植物(播娘蒿Descurainia sophia、棱果芥Syrenia siliculosa)种子为材料,研究在不同储藏时间和温度处理下,十字花科植物种子的秋萌特性,春萌的进化潜力和秋萌的原因。结果表明:1)温度显著影响5种十字花科植物种子的萌发,3个萌发温度梯度中,10℃/15℃、15℃/25℃萌发率相对较高,表明种子普遍喜高温环境下萌发。2)种子萌发率随着储藏时间的延长出现先增高后降低,储藏6个月时5个物种的萌发率最高,随着储藏时间的继续延长萌发率逐渐下降,表明大部分十字花科植物种子存在一定的生理休眠现象。3) 2个春萌物种播娘蒿与棱果芥在3个温度梯度下种子均有萌发,表明能够春萌的物种在环境条件适宜情况下都具有秋萌的潜力,但此类物种抗寒能力弱,冬季低温会导致幼苗死亡,因此不选择秋萌。

摘  要:
This thesis aims to explore the autumn germination characteristics of brassicaceae seeds, the evolutionary potential of spring germination and the reasons for autumn germination under different storage time and temperature, three autumn germinating plants of brassicaceae(Malcolmia scorpioides, Alyssum linifolium, Tetracme recurvata) and two spring germinating plants brassicaceae(Descurainia sophia and Syrenia siliosa) of Junggar Desert were selected for comparative study. The results showed that: 1) Temperature significantly affected the germination of seeds of 5 brassicaceae plants. Among the three germination temperature gradients, the germination rates of 10/15 ℃ and 15/25 ℃ were relatively high, indicating that seeds generally prefer to germinate under high temperature. 2) Seed germination rate first increased and then decreased with storage time. The germination rate of five species was the highest after 6 months storage, and gradually decreased with the extension of storage time, indicating that most brassicaceae seeds had some physiological dormancy. 3) The seeds of two spring-germinating species, D. sophia and S. siliosa, germinated under three temperature gradients, indicating that the species that could germinate in spring had the potential to germinate in autumn under suitable environmental conditions, but the cold resistance of these species was weak, and low temperature in winter would lead to the death of seedlings, so autumn germination was not chosen.
