农用车辆X型悬架座椅的随机振动系统模型

摘  要:
针对农村路面崎岖不平、农用车驾驶员对乘坐舒适性要求提高等问题,以减振理论为基础,通过非线性随机振动理论,建立农用车多自由度"人—椅—路面"非线性振动系统数学模型,利用Matlab软件进行人体加速度响应的分析求解,并通过ISO2631国际标准的振动舒适性曲线进行评价,采用正交回归设计方法优化农用车X型非线性座椅的各参数,为改进座椅的乘坐舒适性提供理论基础。路面试验表明:采用优化参数后,农用车X型悬架座椅的人体乘坐舒适性明显得到提高,减振能力平均提高40%左右。

摘  要:
Based on vibration isolation theory,By the theory of nonlinear random vibration to erect the six-degree-of-freedom nonlinear vibration mathematical model of human-seat-road.By the MATLAB software to analyze and resolve the response of human acceleration,and optimized the parameters of seat by the orthogonal regression.Then appraisal the curve of vibration amenity through the ISO2631 international standard to analysis the human amenity of X-type seat on the random vibration about the theoretical.
