基于高通量测序的东海带鱼肠道菌群结构分析

摘  要:
以东海带鱼为研究对象,利用高通量测序技术,分析了其肠道菌群结构特征。测序结果共获得36 129条有效序列,聚类到245个OUTs,有效序列中有4条序列(0. 01%)无法进行物种分类,其余分属于16个细菌门,共77个科、127个属。在门的水平上,相对丰度最高的是变形菌门(Proteobacteria,52. 30%),其次为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes,30. 66%);在属的水平上,以弧菌科(Vibrionaceae,49. 38%)的发光杆菌属(Photobacterium,47. 90%)、梭菌科(Clostridiaceae_1,25. 40%)的分节丝状菌(Candidatus_Arthromitus,17. 04%)为主。OTU稀释曲线逐渐趋于平缓,且覆盖率Good’s Coverage指数为100%,表明样品测序深度足够大,OUT数量接近实际情况。

摘  要:
The structure of bacterial communities in intestinal flora of Trichiurus haumela was studied using high-throughput sequencing technology. As a result,a total of 36,129 valid sequences were obtained,and clustering to 245 OUTs. Except for 4 sequences( 0. 01%) could not be species classified,the rest belonged to 16 phyla,including 77 families,127 genera. At the level of phylum,Proteobacteria was overwhelmingly dominant with high relative abundance up to 52. 30%,followed by Firmicutes( 30. 66%). At the level of genus, Photobacterium( 47. 90%) of Vibrionaceae( 49. 38%) and Candidatus _ Arthromitus( 17. 04%) of Clostridiaceae_ 1( 25. 40%) were the main genera. Alpha diversity analysis showed that,the OTU dilution curve flatten out gradually,and the Good' s Coverage index was 100%,while the sequencing depth was large enough.
