山东省林业产业集群成长能力影响因素实证分析

摘  要：
从核心生产能力、生产性服务能力和政策环境影响能力的视角,构建了山东省林业产业集群成长能力指标体系,在问卷调查和实地调查的基础上,采用因子分析法对林业产业集群成长能力的影响因素进行定量分析。研究结果表明:各因素对产业集群成长的影响按其重要性依次为:企业发展能力、生产性服务、政策法律、企业间关联性、集群发展软环境、集群发展硬环境、专业市场建设等。在现有4个集群中,木材加工产业集群的成长能力最强,种苗花卉产业集群次之。

摘  要：
This paper constructed the index system of influencing factors of forestry industry cluster growth ability from the perspective of the core production ability,the productive service ability,the policy and the environment ability.Based on the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,quantitative analysis has been done to the factors affecting the forestry industrial cluster growth ability by factor analysis.The results show the various factors order of importance to the industrial cluster growth ability:the development of the enterprise,the productive service,policies,laws and regulations of the government,correlation between enterprises,weak environment of the cluster,infrastructure environment of the cluster,the construction of professional market.Among the existing four clusters,the growth ability of wood processing industrial cluster is the first,the seeding and flower industrial cluster is the second.
