密集烟草烤窑智能化控制系统关键技术的研究

摘  要:
着重研究了自动控制多个烤窑温湿度的新方法,对同时监测和控制多个烤窑烘烤过程进行了优化设计。主要工作是在VC++的环境下串口通讯的编程和ARM控制芯片的C语言编程以及对控制系统外围硬件电路的设计。实验表明,采用这个设计方案不仅提高了烟草烘烤的质量,也节省了大量的劳动力。

摘  要:
This paper emphatically studied new methods of that automatically controlling the temperature and the humidity of many roasting kiln,and carried on the optimized design of monitoring and controlling process of many roasting kiln roasting simultaneously.The prime task is that based on the VC++ it realized the communication of serial port and on ARM7 control chip they program by C language,and also periphery hardware electric circuit of control system was designed. The experiment indicated,this design proposal not only improves the tobacco roasting quality also can save the massive labor forces.
