香椿木干燥特性和干燥基准初探

摘  要:
本文以香椿木人工林木材为对象,采用百度试验法对其干燥特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:香椿木为较易干燥树种,其主要干燥缺陷为初期开裂和截面变形;香椿木的初期开裂、内部裂纹、截面变形、扭曲变形与干燥速度等级分别为3、1-2、3、2级和2级;根据干燥缺陷等级及相应的干燥条件初步拟定了其干燥基准。

摘  要:
The research on drying Characteristics and Schedule of plantation Wood in T.sinensis was conducted through a series of test with 100℃-test method.The results show that: 1.T.sinensis is easy to be dried,its main drying defects are the initial check and the cross section deformation;2.The grades of the initial check,the honeycomb,the cross section deformation,the twist deformation,the drying rate are 3,1-2,3,2 and 2 for T.sinensis,respectively;3.Based on the grades of drying defects and corresponding drying conditions,the drying schedules for T.sinensis wood was established.
