老年食管癌患者术后给予早期肠内营养支持的临床效果和对免疫功能的影响

摘  要：
目的:探讨与研究早期肠内营养支持应用于老年食管癌患者术后的临床效果和对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:选择河北北方学院附属第一医院手术治疗的食管癌患者共128例纳入研究并分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受完全肠外营养支持,观察组患者接受早期肠内营养支持,分析比较术前1d、营养支持第1d和支持1w后患者营养指标、体液免疫指标和细胞免疫指标水平。结果:营养支持1d T2时两组患者营养指标、体液免疫指标和T淋巴细胞及其亚群(除CD8+)均明显高于营养支持第1天T1水平,CD8+则明显低于T1水平,且T2时期观察组指标明显优于对照组,以上差异有统计意义(P <0. 05)。结论:将早期肠内营养支持应用于临床老年食管癌手术患者术后干预中,可显著提升患者营养状况和免疫功能,促进术后康复。

摘  要：
Objective To study the clinical effect and the immune function effect of the early enteral nutrition support to the elderly patients with esophageal cancer. Method We chose 128 elderly patients with esophageal cancer as the study object then divided them into observation group and the control group randomly,taking the control group with complete parenteral nutrition support,while the observation group with early enteral nutrition support,the nutrition index,humoral immune index,cell immune index in the period of T0,T1,T2 were compared. Result The two groups' nutrition index,humoral immune index,cell immune index(except the CD8+) in T2 was better than the T1 period,the CD8+level was lower than the T1 period,and the observation group T2 level was much better than the control group T1 period,which had statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Taking the elderly patients with esophageal cancer by early enteral nutrition support can improve the patients' nutrition index and immune index,promote postoperative rehabilitation.
