履带拖拉机软土地行走动力学仿真

摘  要:
采用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn的履带车辆子系统Track(LM)建立履带拖拉机多体动力学模型,并进行仿真分析,着重对履带拖拉机在粘土和重粘土两种软性路面运行过程中履带板间及支重轮受力情况进行比较分析,提出了延长履带寿命的措施,为履带拖拉机的研制和使用提供参考。

摘  要:
The multi-body dynamic model of crawler tractor was created using the software RecurDyn/Track(LM).The dynamic behaviors of crawler tractor on clay soil and heavy clay soil roads were simulated,and the track tension and supporting wheels' force were compared and analyzed.Suggestions on increase of service life of track were proposed based on the analysis results,which are helpful for the design and use of crawler tractor.
