甘蔗创新种质的因子分析与聚类分析

摘  要:
对13份甘蔗创新种质和2个对照种的13个性状进行因子分析,前4个公因子方差累计贡献率达90.21%,反映了原变量的绝大部分变异信息,以前4个公因子得分为综合指标,采用非加权组平均法进行系统聚类,在欧氏距离为2.69时可将参试材料聚为4类,其中Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类综合表现较好。

摘  要:
13 characters from 13 sugarcane innovation species and two CK species were processed by factor analysis.The results showed that the cumulative contribution of the first four principal components to total variance of the population investigated reached 90.21 %,which represented the most variance information of the original variables.Using the first four common factor variance score as comprehensive indexes,and according to 2.69 genetic distance,the sugarcane materials could be divided to 4 groups by UPGMA method.Overall,the comprehensive performance of groupⅠand Ⅱ was better.
