新疆居民畜产品消费分析

摘  要：
【目的】研究居民畜产品消费结构变化特征,有利于调整畜牧业产业结构,优化资源配置。【方法】首先对新疆城乡居民畜产品消费状况进行分析,然后利用ELES模型从边际消费倾向、基本需求支出、需求收入弹性和需求价格弹性的角度对城镇居民畜产品消费结构进行分析。【结果】羊肉、猪肉和牛肉边际消费倾向较高,随着收入增加,猪肉和禽肉所占比重逐渐提高,各类畜产品需求变动主要受自身价格变化影响,但羊肉、牛肉和奶类作为居民最基础的畜产品,其价格变化不仅对自身需求量产生较大影响,也会对其他畜产品产生较大影响。【结论】采取措施提高居民收入,增强居民消费信心,开发其消费潜力,同时,增加羊肉和奶类的有效供给,以满足居民消费需求。运用"有形手"和"无形手"对居民最基础、最重要的食物价格进行调控,避免其过度波动。

摘  要：
【Objective】 Study on the characteristics of the residents' consumption structure change of livestock products could contribute to the reasonable adjustment of animal husbandry structure,and optimizes the allocation of resources.【Method】Firstly,this paper analyzed the consumption situation of livestock products of urban and rural residents in Xinjiang,then using the Extended Linear Expenditure System(ELES)model empirically analyzed urban residents' consumption structure of livestock products from the angle of Marginal Propensity to Consume(MPC),the basic demand expenditure,demand income elasticity and demand price elasticity.【Results】The results show that the MPC of mutton,pork and beef are relatively high,and the proportion of pork and poultry gradually rise with the increase of income. The demand for a certain kind of livestock product is mainly affected by its own price change But the pricechanges of mutton,beef and dairy products not only have great influence on its own demand,but also on the demand of other livestock products because they are the basic livestock products of citizen's daily life. 【Conclusion】 Policy measures should be carried out to improve the income of residents,enhance their consumption confidence and develop their consumption potentials.Meanwhile,effective supply of mutton and milk should be increased to meet the consumption demand of residents. Last but not least,both "the visible hand" and "the invisible hand" should be utilized to regulate the prices of food that is the most basic and the most important for residents,so as to avoid excessive fluctuations.
