摘  要:
大豆是最常用的蛋白质饲料,但大豆抗营养因子导致大豆消化率和利用率低,造成营养浪费,对机体造成负面影响。膨化豆粕经过高温高压的物理方式处理后,使部分蛋白质变性,破坏豆粕中的抗营养因子,淀粉糊化,营养价值极高,对降低饲料成本具有重要意义。

摘  要:
Soybean is the most commonly used protein feed, but soy anti-nutritional factors cause low digestibility and utilization of soybeans, resulting in wasted nutrition and negative effects on the body. Expanded soybean meal is subjected to high temperature and high pressure physical treatment to denature part of the protein, destroy the anti-nutritional factors in the soybean meal, starch gelatinization, and extremely high nutritional value, which is of great significance for reducing feed cost.
