罗田板栗玫瑰红栗实内生细菌的分离鉴定

摘  要:
为了探明罗田板栗新品系玫瑰红耐贮藏的内在原因,评价其栗实中的内生细菌资源,用组织分离培养法从栗实中分离其内生细菌,并通过比对结构、生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析等方法对所分离的内生细菌进行鉴定。结果从玫瑰红板栗栗实中分离得到2株内生细菌FR1和FR2,经鉴定为水生拉恩菌(Rahnella aquatilis)和地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)。

摘  要:
In order to explore the storage tolerance mechanism of Castanea mollissima Blume. ‘Meiguihong', a new variety of chestnut from Luotian, and the resources of endophytic bacteria were evaulated from its chestnut. Two kinds of pathogenic bacterium, FR1 and FR2, were isolated from the decayed seeds of Chinese chestnut. These two strains were preliminarily identified as Rahnella aquatilis and Bacillus licheniformis by comparing structure, characteristics of biochemistry and physiology, sequence of 16S rDNA.
