摘 要:
作者在参考有关资料的基础上,对电缆护套Pb-Sb-Cu合金的冶炼原理进行了探讨,提出了在430~470℃低温下直接熔炼电缆护套Pb-Sb-Cu合金的工艺方法,并对其机械强度及金相组织进行了测定。该研究在推广应用过程中,已取得较大的经济效益。

摘 要:
Pb-Sb-Cu alloys are being used gradually as cable shield material at home and abroad due to the fact that the application properties of Pb-Sb-Cu alloy is superior to that of Pb—Sb alloy. This paper provided its melting principle and process at low temperature between 430℃ and 470℃. Its mechanical was measured and the metallography morphology was observed. Great eeonomied benefits had been gained by its extension and application as cable shield material.
