甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂作用机理研究进展

摘  要:
本文综述了甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂(Strobilurins)的研究进展,包括这类杀菌剂的开发、作用机制及抗药性研究。这类杀菌剂活性高,杀菌谱广,而且对环境友好。这类杀菌剂作用于真菌线粒体的电子传递链的复合物Ⅲ,阻止电子传递,抑制能量合成。由于作用位点单一,易产生抗药性,其抗药性机制主要是细胞色素 b 基因序列上发生点突变。

摘  要:
This paper is a summuery of the research and development of strobilurins.It includes the development、the mechanism and the resistance of strobilurins.Strobilurins are a new class of fungicides which are selective but broad spectrum fungicides.Strobilurins act on the complex Ⅲ in the electron transport chain in mitochondrion and stop it transporting electron.However the resistance of strobilurins has debeloped rapidly.The molecular mechanism of resistance is a single point mutation(GGT to GCT)in the cytochrome b gene.So we should pay attention to prevention and cure the resistance.
