推进我国绿色债券发展的必要性分析

摘  要：
根据博弈论的相关理论论述了我国发展绿色债券的必要性,发现发行绿色债券能提高政府鼓励企业进行绿色生产和企业采用绿色发展模式的概率,得出发行绿色债券对绿色产业发展有一定促进作用的结论。并根据目前国内绿色债券市场存在着的一些不足,提出鼓励绿色债券创新、推进绿色债券独立评估机构建设以及倡导绿色投资理念等完善绿色债券市场的相关建议。

摘  要：
This paper applies the game theories to discuss the importance of developing the green bonds in China, finding that issuing green bond can improve the chances that the government encourages enterprises to produce in environmental-friendly way and the chances that the enterprises adopt the environmental-friendly model to produce and drawing the conclusion that issuing the green bond has certain improved the development of green industry. Then the article puts forward some related suggestions for the existing problems of domestic green bond market, such as encouraging green bond innovation, promoting the construction of the independent assessment institution of green bond, advocating the idea of green investment and so on.
